On March 27:

● At 3:35 p.m., Green County Deputies met with Lafayette County Deputies at the Green/Lafayette County line to transfer custody of Daniel J Ubersox, 40, Blanchardville, on a contempt of court warrant through Green County, and also a charge of Harboring or Aiding a Felon.  Ubersox was jailed.

On March 29:

● At 8:59 a.m., Deputies responded to the W300 block of Rockhill Rd., in the Town of Spring Grove, for a disturbance. The investigation resulted with Harvey F. Pribble, 59, of Brodhead, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct falling under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse Laws. Pribble was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.

On March 30:

● At 12:58 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed in the W5200 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Renee M. Beu, 35, of Loves Park, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and cited for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed. Beu was later released pending court.

On March 31:

● At 8:09 a.m., Deputies stopped and cited Heriberto Ramirez-Hernandez, 41 of Milwaukee, for speeding 75//55, in the N7500 block of CTH CC, Town of Exeter.  Heriberto was also cited for Operating Without a License. He was released pending court.

On April 1:

● At 7:12 a.m., Green County Deputies, WI State Patrol, Brodhead FD, and Brodhead EMS all responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the N1900 block of CTH G, Town of Spring Grove. Ashley Hoyt, 32, Edgerton, was northbound on CTH G when the vehicle she was operating entered the gravel shoulder. The vehicle reentered the roadway, crossing the center line, before entering the west ditch. The vehicle struck an embankment before coming to rest in a field. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with air bag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Hoyt reported wearing a seatbelt, and sustained injuries. She was transported by EMS to a hospital. Hoyt was cited for no motor vehicle insurance and was released pending a court date.

● At 10:46 a.m., Benjamin P Affrunti, 48, New Glarus, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct while in the Lobby of the Green County Sheriff’s Office, 2827 6th St, City of Monroe. Affrunti had been requested to leave the lobby after causing a disturbance. Upon being escorted out of the building, he continued causing a disturbance and was arrested. Affrunti remains jailed on the charge of Disorderly Conduct pending the posting of bond. He was also placed on a Probation Hold.

On April 2, 

● At 12:04 a.m., Deputies responded to the W6800 block of STH 81, in the Town of Monroe, for a reported suspicious vehicle. The investigation resulted in the driver of the vehicle, Britt E. Gadd, 58, of Freeport, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Gadd was later released pending court.

● At 6:24 a.m., Deputies, along with Argyle EMS and First Response, responded to the N5700 block of CTH J, in the Town of Adams, for a one vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that the driver, Austin C. Bruckert, 18, of Prairie Du Sac, was traveling south on CTH J.  Bruckert advised he had traveled too far off the road and then entered the ditch, where he struck a culvert and then the vehicle came to a rest on its side. Bruckert advised he was wearing his seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital for further medical attention. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Bruckert was cited for Failure to Maintain Control. 

On April 4:

● At 7:21 a.m., cited Damion A. Forrest, 24, Beloit, was stopped and cited for speeding 79/55, in the W300 block of STH 81, Town of Spring Grove. Forrest was also cited for Operating After Suspension. Forrest was released pending court.

On April 5:

● At approximately 6:02 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N5000 block of State Highway 59, Town of Albany, for a speeding violation. Investigations resulted in the driver, Mason R Moon, 27, of Oregon being cited for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia. Moon was released with a court date.
