MONROE - Monroe Clinic will host a behavioral health expert panel that will address concerns parents, teachers and caregivers may have at 6 p.m. Monday, March 11 at Monroe Clinic's Founders Hall.
The panel of experts will discuss the perils, possibilities, limitations and gray areas of dealing with kids, including:

Needs, wants and entitlements
