What are the top issues facing this district/municipality and how would you work to resolve it?

Infrastructure. Water, sewer, roads, internet. Balance necessary changes with respect to cost, and the impact they can provide for future growth. Make sure the discussion is in the open, and that all those who want their viewpoints heard have that opportunity.

What are other key issues facing the district/municipality, and how would you work to resolve them?

Recent planning sessions have brought forth the ideas for building a community center, and expanding our current industrial park.

Continue exploring these ides with regards to cost, benefits, and impact.

Why are you the best candidate for this office?

As of this printing, I have been serving on the planning and public works committees for the village for the last 22 months. I have a grasp of where the village is now at, and some of the pressing issues that need to be addressed. I have been involved with the regional planning sessions that have been ongoing for the past 5 months. I will work to have decisions reached with the input from the community, and try to balance cost, impact in the near term and whether the project provides a good base for future growth.
