Support for The Green County Boost is made possible through a grant to the Wisconsin Community Health Empowerment Fund (WCHEF) and the Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. The collaborative community health team includes staff from the Green County Public Health Department, the Monroe Clinic, SWCAP, the United Way of Green County, the UW-Extension Green County and the Wisconsin Community Health Empowerment fund. The collaborative community health team is grateful for the leadership and support of the Veracruz Mexican Market, New Glarus Culver’s, Brodhead Piggly Wiggly, Hometown Pharmacies, Walmart, and Walgreens as important partners in community health.
