Woodford State Bank adds Brad Lancaster to Board of Directors

MONROE — Darlington native Brad Lancaster has joined the Woodford State Bank Board of Directors. Brad grew up on a fourth generation dairy and hog farm near Darlington. He spent 30 years working as a lender with the USDA, serving Lafayette and Green counties, before retiring in September 2025 and returning to the family farm operating a cow/calf operation.

“We are excited to add Brad to our Board. His experience and expertise will be very valuable to our locally owned bank as we continue to grow our presence in the area,” Bank President Scott DeNure said.

Woodford State Bank has six offices serving Lafayette and Green counties, located in Monroe, Darlington, Argyle, Blanchardville, South Wayne and New Glarus. The bank has experienced tremendous growth, recently growing from $200 million in assets in 2016 to $520 million presently. Other members of the Board of Directors are Scott DeNure, Erik Gretebeck, Jason Kundert, John Mathys, Bryan Rach, James Davidson, Keith Ritschard and Mike Lambert.
