MONROE - Stateline Women's Connection will meet 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, for their Whirlwind of Spring luncheon at Peppercorn Banquets at Ludlow Mansion, 1417 Mansion Dr., Monroe. Cost is $8 including tax, tip and program.

Mueller is the mother of four and works with her husband in their family business. She will give a handcrafted gift to the lady who brings the most first-time guests.
