In what has become a rite of spring, the cheese tasting extravaganza for the Msgr. Thomas F. Campion Foundation was last Thursday at the Ludlow Mansion. This year and every year, supporters and cheese lovers alike jam the Ludlow Mansion to sample a bounty of the world’s best cheeses. As the beloved director and founder of the Apostolate to the Handicapped, Campion headed the volunteer organization known as “Campion’s Champions.” That foundation strives to carry on his legacy of generously helping others in the community.
