Program to focus on life, music of Frank Sinatra

MONROE - The Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave., will host the program, "Sinatra: Voice of the American Songbook" at 2 p.m. Aug. 22 in the library's second-floor program room.

Trombonist and music historian Al Anderson, Watertown, will teach those who attend about the life and music of Frank Sinatra in the interactive program. He will perform Sinatra classics, including "I Get a Kick Out of You," "Always" and "My Way." Prizes will be offered for a round of "Name That Tune."
