ORANGEVILLE - There will be a community-wide Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 23 at the Orangeville United Methodist Church.
There is no charge for this dinner and it will be open to the public.
For individuals or families who cannot attend but would like a dinner delivered, contact the church at 815-789-3170 to schedule a delivery time.
Free transportation to and from the church will be available if needed.
Volunteers will pick-up and take home anyone who needs a ride in the Orangeville community.
The Orangeville UMC office is taking calls at 815-789-3170 so that they are aware of any person or family who could use a good meal, and that they can arrange for someone to pick those people or families up or to have a meal delivered.
