MONROE — The city’s newest medical clinic has opened: Monroe West Hometown Pharmacy.
Healthcare Access Point, LLC a subsidiary of OPYS Holdings, Inc, a national physician management group, has partnered with Hometown Pharmacy to educate and empower our patients and communities to make informed healthcare decisions. Dr. Andre Creese, President of Healthcare Access Point, and Dan Strause, President and CEO of Hometown Pharmacy, have been planning for this day for over a year.
“It took us nearly two years to find the right medical partner for this joint venture,” said Strause.
“We are committed to expanding access to patient care in the state of Wisconsin,” Dr. Creese said.
The Monroe West Hometown Pharmacy, located at 418 West 10 1/2 Street, is the flagship location for this partnership. Over the next year, Healthcare Access Point will be opening medical clinics in strategic Hometown Pharmacy locations around the state of Wisconsin. All locations will be staffed with a full-time Medical Assistant. Some locations will have a Nurse Practitioner on-site, and others will be enabled for virtual care.
