Monticello Chamber adds two board members
Monticello

MONTICELLO — The Monticello Chamber of Commerce approved new board members during its Feb. 13 annual social meeting held at Twisted Tree Eatery in Monticello.

The two new members will serve three-year terms beginning February 2019.

Tracy Spotts of Spotts Grain Farms, Premier Insurance Solutions-Monroe and The Potting Shed, was added as a board member. She feels excited to join the board and to work with members to showcase the community. She appreciates local growth of businesses and promoting all that Monticello has to offer.

April Fuhr, Bugtussel Wireless Solutions, was also added to the board. She believes it takes a village to raise a business and is looking forward to serving her term. She hopes to expand many services and support already offered and believes strong businesses make strong communities.

The Monticello Chamber will hold a workshop, “Claiming Your Business,” on the chamber site in March and April. It will also offer a hospitality workshop and an online workshop for business listings later this year.
