NEW GLARUS — Discover Wisconsin, the state’s leading media brand and tourism TV show, named a local restaurant a 2018 Choice Destination. The episode “8 Unique Wisconsin Cheeseburgers” will be shining the spotlight on some of Wisconsin’s most unique cheeseburgers and will air at 10 a.m. Aug. 4 on Fox Sports Wisconsin. 

The Discover Wisconsin crew will visit New Glarus for the Friday night Burger Wars at Cow & Quince, where staff members create cheeseburgers using local cheeses from Monroe. The winner of Burger Wars is determined by which cheeseburger is ordered the most. 

The episode will reach Discover Wisconsin’s broadcast network of 600,000 viewers across the upper Great Lakes region, including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, northern Illinois and upper Michigan. The episode was produced in partnership with Discover Wisconsin and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin and produced by Amy Wallace.
