BROWNTOWN — The Jordan Lutheran Church will be hosting a worship service, harvest picnic and auction on Sunday, Aug. 15 at the church, W9006 Smock Valley Rd. 

The worship service, led by Pastor Julie Smith, will start at 9:30 a.m. followed by the picnic and auction.

All proceeds will go towards local families in need.
