DARLINGTON — Lafayette Development Corporation and Lafayette County’s Economic Development Committee are excited to announce that the Launch Lafayette County Grant is set to kick off its 2025 program on May 1. This competitive grant is an incentive program to assist Lafayette County’s businesses in improving the prominence of a business within their community. This grant underscores Lafayette County’s commitment to fostering economic growth and supporting the vitality of local businesses. By investing in our businesses, we invest in our community’s future.

●  Program Overview: The Launch Lafayette County Grant is strategically designed to support businesses in upgrading their facilities, enhancing visibility, refining facades, and overall, elevating their presence within the community.

Who Can Apply: This grant is open to any business with under 25 full-time employees who have a physical location within Lafayette County, or a commitment to establish a physical presence in the county, within the next six months from the date of the incentive being awarded.

●  Award Amount: New this year: Thanks to the Small Business Development Grant received from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, grant recipients may be awarded up to $10,000 with a 50% match required. A total of $45,000 will be granted in 2025.
