MONTICELLO - Monticello Area Historical Society will hold a general meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26. The meeting will be at Zwingli United Church of Christ, 416 East Lake Ave.

The guest speaker will be Tim Feller, Monticello.

He will discuss the history of tug-of-war in Green County from 1920 to present. The meeting is open to the public.
