MONROE - The Monroe Public Library will present the program "Black Friday Boot Camp" at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2 in the second-floor program room, 925 16th Ave. The program will be led by Dannelle Gay, creator of the website Operation40k.com. She will share strategies for making the most of "Black Friday" sales.
