MONROE — First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) recently announced a series of Free Shred Days and Coin Appraisals events, as part of its commitment to community service and security.
These events are designed to provide a valuable service to FNBT’s customers and community members, ensuring safe disposal of sensitive documents, offering expert coin appraisal services, and providing a much-needed resource to local health institutions.

● Free Shred Days, 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, June 1, Monroe branch, 1625 10th Street. Bring confidential documents for secure shredding on-site and protect from identity theft. This free service will be limited to six boxes per person to allow all community members a chance to have their personal documents shredded.
● Free Coin Appraisals, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, August 1, Monroe branch, 1625 10th Street. Coin appraisal services conducted by experienced professional Ron Beckstrom of Golden Rule Coins. Whether an inherited collection or curious about the value of personal coins. Appointments are not necessary; however, visitors may need to wait to be seen.
