Family Promise sets its kick-off event for July 30

MONROE - Family Promise of Green County will host their kick-off event at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 30 at Turner Hall, 1217 17th Ave., Monroe.

The event, which is to raise money to help end homelessness for families in Green County, will include hors d'oeuvres and beverages; door prizes; a silent auction; a basket raffle; 50/50 raffles; and musical performances by Mike Freund, Larry and Pam Young, and Huge DJ Service.

Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door.

Tickets may be purchased in advance at Bank of Monticello, Body Crafters in Brodhead, Brenda's Blumenladen in New Glarus, Perk's Coffee Cafe in Monroe, and Ruf's Confectionery in Monroe.
