MONROE - The Green County Fair is selling tickets for Amphitheater events online.
Along with tickets for "Lonestar" and the demolition derbies being available online, the fair board is also asking fair-goers to complete a brief survey about the fair.
The survey is part of the ticket line site. It will only take a few minutes to complete and will give the board a much better idea of what fair-goers wants.
The survey is also available on the fair's Web site, www.greencountyfair.net, without accessing the ticket line.
During the fair, there are four grandstand shows, an on-grounds Kid Davee kids show, and a youth pedal pull, complete with shirts and trophies, all at no charge to fair-goers. The fair charges no commission from the local stands, which provide food, beverages and beer.
The carnival sets its own prices, which are in line with other carnivals in the area.
Tickets for "Lonestar" will also go on sale at the fairgrounds on Saturday, July 17, and for the demolition derbies on Monday, July 19.
