Daughters of the American Revolution to host workshop

MONROE - The Col. Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is hosting a free workshop on researching family lineage from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday in the second-floor meeting room of the Monroe Public Library. A DAR genealogy expert will provide instruction and assistance with the latest in genealogy research information and tools. Members of the local DAR chapter will answer questions about joining the women's service organization and share lineage research tips.
