Western Technical College

LA CROSSE — Brian Kammerer, Brodhead, was named to Western Technical College’s President’s List of High Distinction for the Fall 2020 term.

To be included on the President’s List, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and carry six or more credits in an associate’s degree or technical diploma program.


Wisconsin Lutheran College

MILWAUKEE — Benjamin Veenstra, Evansville, graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in December 2020 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting and business administration. Benjamin is a graduate of Evansville Senior High School.


UW-River Falls

RIVER FALLS — Ashley Siegel, Monticello, was among 386 students receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls following commencement in December. 


Aurora University

AURORA, Illinois — Aurora University has named the following students to the dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. The Dean’s List recognizes full-time undergraduate students who have earned a 3.6 GPA or higher.

Whitman College

WALLA WALLA, Washington — Rebecca Bartig, Brooklyn, earned academic distinction for the most recent semester at Whitman College. This recognition is given to students who have completed a minimum of 12 credits, passed all credits attempted, and have earned a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on no fewer than nine graded credits during the semester.


Wheaton College

WHEATON, Illinois — Aurora Daniels, Juda, was named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2020 semester.

To earn dean’s list honors at Wheaton, an undergraduate student must carry 12 or more credit hours and achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher on the 4.0 scale.

University of Iowa

IOWA CITY, Iowa — Leah Blask, Belleville, graduated in December and earned a bachelor of arts in communication studies from Iowa’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. 

More than 7,400 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa were named to the dean’s list for the 2020 fall semester.

Rockford University

ROCKFORD, Illinois — Morgan Robb and Sydni Aebly, both from Winslow, were named Distinguished Scholars for the fall 2020 semester, earning at least a 3.75 GPA with no grades below “C” and having completed all requirements for the semester.


UW-Platteville

PLATTEVILLE — The University of Wisconsin-Platteville awarded diplomas to nearly 600 students from its three campuses for the summer and fall of 2020.

A total of 586 students from UW-Platteville, UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County and UW-Platteville Richland earned either their bachelor’s or associate degrees. Because of COVID-19, no ceremonies were held, but will be rescheduled at a later date.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

KENOSHA — Payden Lingle, Winslow, and Cecelia Zink, Stockton, have been named to the Carthage College dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. dean’s list honors are accorded to Carthage students who achieve a minimum 3.5 grade-point average while carrying at least 14 credit hours during a semester.

LINCOLN, Nebraska —  Jack William Krebs, Monticello has been named to the deans’ list at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for the fall semester of the 2020-21 academic year.

To make the dean’s list, students must have earned at least 12 credits for the fall 2020 semester and have no disqualifying grades.
