This award honors the top 15% of hospitals in the nation for patient experience.

For this award, Healthgrades evaluates a hospital’s performance by measuring data collected from surveys completed by the hospital’s patients. The survey questions focus on patients’ perspectives of their care in the hospital, from cleanliness and noise levels to factors such as provider communication.
