BLANCHARDVILLE - The Goose Chaser Farm will cover some history of both truffles and morels in a two-hour workshop beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 31. Creamy risotto with morels, truffle oil and fresh shaved Parmesan, roasted fingerling potato's with bits of truffles will be created during the workshop along with tricks on how to make your own infused oil.
