STEVENS POINT - Paige Shapiro and JD Mather, of the Albany FFA Chapter, attended the Wisconsin EDGE Conference on March 21 and March 22 at the Holiday Inn and Convention Center. The conference is a personal development conference designed especially for junior high and middle school students in the FFA organization.

The Experiencing, Discovery, Growth and Excellence conference is a personal development conference designed to help young students learn how they can develop and maintain a positive outlook on life, deal with negative peer pressures and motivate themselves and others. EDGE provided students with the knowledge and skills needed to set and achieve goals in all areas of their lives. This year's theme was "The Goals Experience."

The Wisconsin Association of FFA offers their members a wide variety of leadership and personal development conference opportunities.

EDGE is a conference presented by YourNextSpeaker! from Edmond, Okla.
