Bryan Tordoff: The junior scored 18 points in a 56-47 win over Monona Grove and he had 26 points in a 50-47 overtime loss to Stoughton.
Kevin Klopfenstein: The freshman opened the wrestling season 6-0 at 119 pounds. Klopfenstein went 5-0 at the Reedsburg duals.
Kylee Ritschard: The junior scored a team-high 13 points in a 47-34 win over Madison La Follette and she had 11 points in a 57-35 win over Madison Edgewood.
Area Boys
Alex Erickson of Darlington: The junior scored 21 points in a 63-38 win over Riverdale.
J.J. Panoske of Brodhead: The junior big man scored a game-high 33 points to lead the Cardinals to a 73-58 Rock Valley Conference opening win over Clinton.
T.J. Adams of Black Hawk: The senior sharpshooter has been on fire. Adams scored 21 points in a 60-57 double overtime win over Belmont and he had 24 points, which included six 3-pointers in a 55-42 loss to Monticello.
Area Girls
Kimee Chandler of Pecatonica: The senior UW-Milwaukee recruit, had two straight triple-doubles. Chandler scored 19 points and had 13 rebounds and 10 steals in a 60-50 win over Highland. She followed that up by scoring 29 points, gabbing 11 rebounds and had 10 assists in a 74-73 win over New Glarus.
Heather Boeke of Juda: The senior scored 22 points and had 11 rebounds in a 66-15 win over Benton.
Ellen Kiser of Juda: The sophomore post player scored a game-high 25 points and had 10 rebounds in a blowout win over Benton.
