MONROE - The rain that hit the area on Tuesday washed out many spring athletic events. The Monroe High School softball team's game against Stoughton was postponed. Monroe (15-5, 7-2 Badger South) is tied with Stoughton for second in the league and is one game behind Fort Atkinson in the race for a conference championship.
