Monroe tennis No. 1 Doubles advance to D2 championship

Monroe's No. 1 Doubles tennis duo of Grace Tostrud and Jensen Christensen advanced to the WIAA Division 2 state championship with a 3-set win over University School of Milwaukee.

The match will be played in the early afternoon today, Oct. 19, 2019.

The duo was one point away from advancing in the second set, but USM rallied to force a third set. Monroe trailed 3-1 in the final set before rallying to win the final five games to advance.
