MONROE - As Santa Claus makes last-minute preparations for his annual epic journey to deliver Christmas cheer to boys and girls everywhere, The Monroe Times presents the final Letters to Santa in today's edition. These letters appear on Page A5 and B4. Letters have been published each day since Wednesday.
Six children were randomly selected from all letter-writers to receive $25 in Monroe Money, to be used at participating businesses. The gift certificates will be mailed to children at their home address.
The Letters to Santa winners are:
• Memphis Brewster, 4, Monroe
• Emilie Perdue, 10, Monroe
• Andrew Figi, 9, third-grader at Black Hawk Elementary, South Wayne
• Dominic Rath, second-grader at Northside Elementary, Monroe
• Jayde Kapple, second-grader at Parkside Elementary, Monroe
• Zaisha Brown, 7, first-grader at Abraham Lincoln school, Monroe
