MONROE - There will be no garbage collection in the city of Monroe on Thursday or Nov. 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Garbage collection for Thursday and Nov. 28 will be collected on Dec. 1.

Garbage carts should be at the curb by 7 a.m.
