MONROE - Police are seeking a man they believe passed counterfeit $20 bills at least two locations in Monroe Tuesday night. The suspect is described as a white male, in his 30s, with dark hair and facial stubble. He was last seen wearing a blue sleeveless shirt. A vehicle that may have been involved is a gray or silver Chevrolet S-10 pickup with a black tonneau cover on the back.
