BRODHEAD - A 3-year-old Brodhead girl was pronounced dead Monday at University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison after suffering a brain aneurysm while riding her bike.
Isabella Ann Albritton, 3, was found outdoors in the 1400 block of West Third Street around 3:15 p.m. Monday. Brodhead EMS and police responded to the scene. According to Brodhead Police Chief Tom Moczynski, the child was outside and treated at the scene before being transported to Mercy Hospital in Janesville. From there, she was transported by Flight for Life to Madison.
An autopsy showed she died of a brain aneurysm, according to Green County Deputy Coroner Kris Hasse.
