MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday on Greenbush Road near County S in Sylvester township. Deputies report a plastic cargo box flew out from a trailer being pulled by a vehicle driven by Wayne E. Melton, 40, Brodhead. The box collided with a vehicle driven by Vanita L. Baumgartner, 47, Brodhead. Baumgartner's vehicle received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
• A vehicle driven by Raymond L. Hermanson, 58, Darlington, hit a deer at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in the W8300 block of Wisconsin 81 in Jordan township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - A vehicle driven by Philip F. Vosberg, 48, Monroe, hit a deer at about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on County G in Willow Springs township.
