Monroe PoliceMONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 4 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West 17th Street and 4th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Jessica L. Olson, 26, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Raymundo Valentin Guerrero, 28, Monroe. Olson was cited for inattentive driving.
