MONROE - Robert E. Flannery, 26, Monroe, was arrested for fourth-offense drunken driving following a traffic stop at about 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 2500 block of 13th Street. He was jailed.
• Christopher E. Michaels, 33, Lake Geneva, was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at about 9:15 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Eighth Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Debra D. Saxby, 38, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of 17th Avenue. She was released pending court.
• Brandon J. Murray, 27, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 3:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of 10th Street. He was jailed.
