MONROE - On Wednesday, Sept. 12:

• Kenneth M. Moore, 38, Monroe, was arrested during a traffic stop in the 800 block of 17th Avenue at 1:40 a.m. on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for a violation of his probation. He was jailed. A passenger, Elizabeth A.M. Broshous, 17, Juda, was cited for underage possession of tobacco and violating curfew. Later the same day, at 3:38 p.m., Broshous was again apprehended when police found her fighting with her boyfriend in a parked vehicle in the 2100 block of 10th Street. She allegedly smacked the boyfriend and was cited for disorderly conduct.

• Linda A. Kuoppala, 35, Monroe, was arrested after police responded at 5:04 p.m. to a request for a welfare check on her at the Monroe Public Library, 925 16th Ave. She was intoxicated and reportedly resisted officers and spit on them. She was jailed on initial charges of felony bail jumping, resisting arrest and expelling bodily fluids at officers.

• Jaime Castellanos Lugo, Jr., 22, Monroe, was arrested on three counts of disorderly conduct after police were dispatched at 7:57 p.m. to a disturbance between a father and son at a residence in the 800 block of 24th Street. Castellanos Lugo was reportedly yelling at his parents, threatening them and tossing furniture around. He was jailed.

• A DVD containing pornographic movies was found in the 900 block of 21st Street and turned over to police at 11:34 a.m. The materials were destroyed as police deemed them inappropriate to be left out in public.

• A man reported at 6:33 p.m. that he lost his wallet somewhere between Ace Hardware and Pick "N' Save. If found, call dispatch at 329-2400.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Sept. 11:

• Romeo DeJesus Villatoro Martinez, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license and keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle at 8:18 p.m. on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.

• Several head of cattle were reported missing at 9:10 a.m. from a farm on Mullen Road in the Town of White Oak Springs.

On Wednesday, Sept. 12:

• A deputy responded at 4:57 a.m. to a complaint of a barking dog on South Galena Street.

• A theft was reported at 12:25 p.m. on South Galena Road in the Town of Elk Grove.
