MONROE - Darwin Williams, 50, Orangeville, Ill., was arrested for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge through the Rock County Sheriff's Department, at about 2:45 p.m. Monday at the Green County Courthouse in Monroe. Williams was jailed, posted bail and was released.

DARLINGTON - Pedro Duran Duran, 37, Darlington, was cited for operating without a driver's license at about 9:30 a.m. Monday in Wisconsin 23 in Darlington.
• Catherine H. Khile, 40, Monroe, was cited for speeding and seatbelt violation at about 11:45 a.m. Monday on Wis. 81 in Lamont township.
