Monroe Police

MONROE - Andrew L. Conley, 46, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and bail jumping following a disturbance at about 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of 30th Street. He was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Christopher J. Dobbs, 28, Byron, Ill., was arrested for drunken driving and possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at about 5:15 p.m. Friday on Wisconsin 69 near Cold Springs Road. He was released pending court. A passenger in the vehicle, Randy R. Barnhart, 39, Mount Morris, Ill., was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and open intoxicants in a vehicle. He was jailed.

• Dinora Lugarda Aparico, 33, Darlington, was cited for driving after suspension at about 1:15 p.m. Friday on Wis. 69 north of 8th Street in Monroe. Lugarda Aparico was released pending court.
