DARLINGTON - Collin M. Gallagher, 39, Darlington, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Wednesday for driving while intoxicated (third offense) at the intersection of Wisconsin 23 and Wis. 81.

MONROE - Kenin L. Stewart, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 8:55 p.m. Thursday on warrants from the Green County Sheriff and the Department of Corrections in the 1800 block of 13th Avenue in Monroe. Stewart was jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• Gary S. Higgins, 73, Chillicothe, Ill., was cited at 1:52 p.m. for passing in a no-passing zone on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs.
• A deputy helped unlock a vehicle at 3:24 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle.
