MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Austin D. Flood, 20, Albany, was cited at 9:50 a.m. for retail theft at a business in the 700 block of 8th Street.
• Antonio J. Addison, 20, Monroe, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. for felony bail jumping in the 1900 block of 15th Avenue. Addison was jailed pending court.

MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Dennis L. Holcomb, 43, Monticello, turned himself in at 6:24 a.m. on a Monroe Police warrant for issuing worthless checks. Holcomb was jailed.
• Dion R. Carmickle, 33, Madison, was cited at 10:01 p.m. for driving without a valid license in the 600 block of Wisconsin 69 in New Glarus.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:
• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 5:56 a.m. on County X, Town of Elk Grove.
