MONROE - Nicholas Johnson, 20, Juda, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Monday, March 17, at the Green County Justice Center on a probation and parole warrant. He was jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Friday, March 14:
A deputy along with Darlington Fire and Rural Medical Ambulance were alerted at 4:58 p.m. to a report of a capsized canoe in the Pecatonica River near Walnut Road, Darlington Township. Prior to the arrival of the emergency units, the owner of the unoccupied canoe reported it had broken away from a location upstream, likely due to the high water.
A 14-year-old female from Albany, was cited at 5:51 p.m. for driving without a valid license and transporting intoxicants while under age on Wis. 23, Darlington. She was later released to a responsible adult. Darlington Police assisted with the case.
Brad A. Scott, 35, and Erin E. Brown, 23, both of Gratiot, were arrested at 5:07 p.m. Sunday, March 16, for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after deputies were requested to respond to a disturbance at a business on Bridge Street, Gratiot. Both Scott and Brown posted bond and were released.
On Monday, March 17:
Deputies transported Jason D. Hocking, 42, Benton, to Dodge Correctional from the Lafayette County Jail at 6:30 a.m.
A deputy responded at 8:15 a.m. to Wis. 81, Argyle Township, for a traffic complaint of debris on the highway.
A deputy responded at 12:00 p.m. to West Center Street, South Wayne, for a report of theft.
A deputy responded at 3:41 p.m. to East Truth Street, Shullsburg to take a report of theft.
A deputy responded at 3:46 p.m. to West High Street, Shullsburg, for a traffic complaint of an ATV driving recklessly on the roadway. After checking the area, the deputy was unable to locate the ATV.
A deputy took a report of a dog bite at 7:50 p.m. that occurred at a residence on West Water Street, Shullsburg.

DARLINGTON - On Monday, March 17:
Juan D. Arizmendi-Solano, 20, and Whitney M. Clasen, 23, both of Darlington were arrested at 9:00 a.m. for battery and disorderly conduct following an investigation of a domestic disturbance that occurred on Sunday at a residence on Ohio Street. Both were jailed and released after posting bond.
Kyle E. Gille, 18, Darlington, was cited at 6:57 p.m. for possession of synthetic marijuana following a traffic stop on Ann Street. Gille was also cited for a seatbelt violation
Yair Salazar-Mendoza, 23, Darlington, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. for substantial battery following an investigation into an altercation on Ohio Street. He was also cited for driving while suspended and hit-and-run of an occupied vehicle. He was jailed pending court.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD - Edgar Olvera Barron, 38, Brodhead, was cited at 1:04 a.m. Sunday, March 9, in the 900 block of 19th Street for disorderly conduct. A court date was issued.
Linda L. Krueger, 62, Brodhead, was cited at 12:30 am. Wednesday, March 12, in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue for failure to yield to a pedestrian. A court date was issued.
Austin J. Ferguson, 18, Orfordville, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. Friday, March 14, in the 1300 block of East 9th Avenue for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver. Ferguson was transported to the Green County Jail.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Police received a complaint at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, March 11 that a mother was unable to get a hold of her daughter who was with a stepparent. An officer made contact at the residence and found the child was at home sick and an adult was present. No further action was taken.
On Friday, March 14:
Police received a complaint of suspicious activity at 3:23 p.m. in the 400 block of 6th Avenue
Police came across a vehicle with its headlights on and no one around in the 1400 block of 2nd Street at 9:19 p.m.
On Sunday, March 16:
Police were requested to assist the Green County Sheriff's Department in York Township with a warrant arrest at 2:43 p.m., where the subject was observed fleeing into a residence.
Police assisted a citizen with unlocking a vehicle at 7:57 p.m. in the 900 block of 2nd street.
