ALBANY Police

ALBANY - Matthew P. Detweiler, 20, Albany, was cited Friday for underage drinking and providing a false identification card.

• Tyler P. McCabe, 27, Monroe, was arrested Saturday for second-offense operating while intoxicated, operating after revocation and operating left of center.



DARLINGTON Police

DARLINGTON - Julia Westemeier, 67, Darlington, was cited for operating without a valid license at 11:19 p.m. Saturday after police stopped her on County F.



Monroe Police

MONROE - On Friday:

• Nancy L. Pfaff, 47, Monroe, was arrested and jailed at 4:40 p.m. on a valid warrant after officers stopped her in the 2400 block of 4th Street. The Monroe Police Department issued the warrant after Pfaff failed to appear in court on an operating after revocation charge.

• Randall S. Zuber, 37, was arrested and jailed at 5:56 p.m. on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant after police stopped him in the 2400 block of 4th Street in Monroe.

On Sunday:

• Amy M. Maaske, 36, Monroe, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. for battery and domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after she was involved in an altercation in the 2400 block of 10th Avenue. She posted bond and was released pending court.



NEW GLARUS Police

NEW GLARUS - On May 31:

• David A. Babler, 73, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 4:22 p.m. after police stopped him in the 1000 block of Wisconsin 69.

• Scott A. Foster, 40, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:52 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Benjamin B. Beek, 35, Monroe, was cited for not having insurance and a seatbelt violation at 5:17 p.m.

• Melissa A. Trumpy, 30, Monticello, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 5:58 p.m. after police stopped her on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Hans A. Lenzlinger, 67, New Glarus, was cited for speeding at 7:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wis. 69.

• Police responded at 8:19 p.m. to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of 3rd Street. A resident involved in the incident was taken into protective custody. The incident remains under investigation.

On June 1:

• Police removed an animal carcass from the 600 block of Wis. 69 at 8:12 p.m.

• A suspicious person was reported at 9:10 p.m. in the 200 block of 11th Avenue.

• Police assisted a security patrol at 10:48 p.m. with an open door at a local business.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday on 3rd Avenue. Police determined that a group of juveniles was having an issue over a phone being taken apart and a battery being thrown into a road sewer drain. Police retrieved the battery and talked to the juveniles about their actions.

On Thursday:

• An alleged sexual assault of a child was reported at 1 p.m. The incident remains under investigation.

• A woman reported her dog was lost at 8 a.m. and last seen in the 400 block of 10th Avenue. The dog was located and returned to the owner.

• Police responded at 8:09 p.m. to an alarm going off at a local business. They determined that it was set off by accident.

On Friday:

• Danny Olseon, 61, Mount Horeb, was cited for not having insurance at 2 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 for a defective brake light.

• David A. Fritsch, 48, Belleville, was cited for not having insurance and a seatbelt violation at 7:46 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Jodi K. Hilliard, 47, Monticello, was cited for speeding at 10:34 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wis. 69.

• The New Glarus Police Department assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department with a security check at 2:10 p.m. in the 6900 block of Wis. 39.

• A hit-and-run was reported in the parking lot of The New Glarus Home, 600 2nd Ave., at 2:36 p.m. Police were unable to find the striking vehicle.

On Saturday:

• Daniel J. Bedward, 35, New Glarus, was cited for no proof of insurance at 2:38 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 14th Avenue.

• Alecia A. Winter, 68, Madison, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 5:56 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Leslie L. Goins, 42, Freeport, was cited for speeding at 7:26 p.m. in the 1200 block of Wis. 69.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department at 7:15 p.m. in the W5200 block of Edelweiss Road.

On Sunday:

• David H. Gilbertson, 65, Blanchardville, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 11:28 a.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Steven R. Yaun, 30, Lake Forest, Ill., was cited for speeding at 12:33 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Garrett D.A. Wyss, 23, Monroe, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 3:26 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 14th Avenue.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 12:11 a.m. in the 1200 block of Wis. 69.

• Police responded at 2:50 p.m. to a medical call in the 1700 block of 2nd Street. All persons involved were gone by the time police arrived.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Sunday:

• Mario E. Partida Valdez was cited for operating without a valid license at 12:13 a.m. after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Wis. 81 at Jordan Center Road in the Town of Jordan. He was released pending court.

• Cali J. Sheesley, 30, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 10:28 a.m. after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the Town of Clarno. She posted bond and was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Donald L. Bird, 44, Rhinelander, was cited for a child restraint violation at 1:57 p.m. after police stopped him on U.S. 151 in the Town of Kendall.

• Police assisted with traffic control for a funeral procession at 9:04 a.m. on Platteville Avenue in Belmont.

• Trespassing was reported at 12:22 p.m. on Dobbs Road in the Town of Lamont.

• Police assisted the Darlington Police Department at 6:12 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington.

• A dog running at large was reported at 9:50 p.m. on Mayer Road in the Town of Wayne.

On Saturday:

• Scott E. Walton, 35, Shullsburg, was cited for operating while intoxicated, operating after suspension and not having insurance at 9:36 p.m. after police stopped him on County O in the Town of White Oak Springs.

• Robert A. King, 49, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 1:44 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg.

• Jeffery M. Harms, 44, Footville, was cited for operating off the ATV trail at 5:56 p.m. after police stopped him on the Cheese Country Trail in the Town of Wayne.

• Jared M. Kingery, 16, Gratiot, was cited for operating an ATV in violation of noise standards at 6:32 p.m. after police stopped him on the Cheese Country Trail in the Town of Gratiot.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 11:44 a.m. on County B in the Town of Belmont.

• A civil dispute was reported at 4:16 p.m. on Whaley Court in Benton.

On Sunday:

• A traffic complaint was reported at 2:05 a.m. on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

• A domestic dispute was reported at 5:15 a.m. on County XX in the Town of Elk Grove.

• A civil dispute was reported at 1:24 p.m. on County XX in the Town of Belmont.

• Police responded at 1:43 p.m. to a residential alarm on County K in the Town of Gratiot. The Darlington Police Department assisted.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2:08 p.m. on County J in the Town of Benton.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 10:45 p.m. on Wis. 78 in the Town of Argyle.
