Albany Police

ALBANY - On Saturday, Jan. 12:

• Timothy James Paul Mohlmann, 21, Mineral Point, was arrested Saturday, Jan. 12, on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated. He was also arrested on two warrants, both for underage drinking. He was additionally cited for driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration and for having open intoxicants in the vehicle. At 2:22 a.m., he was transported on a valid warrant to the Lafayette County Jail, where he remains jailed.

• Matthew B. Austin, 23, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of having open intoxicants in a vehicle.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Bobbi Jo Niedziejko, 32, Darlington, was cited for driving without insurance at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, on Main Street.

• Zachary Hastings, 22, Darlington, was cited for display of power at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, on Wisconsin 23.

• Courtney Groom, 18, Platteville, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at about 7:55 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, on Galena Street.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Jack C. Clark, 48, Monroe, was arrested in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue at 3:06 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, on outstanding warrants issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department and Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed. Police made the arrest after investigating a report at 2:33 a.m. of annoying phone calls in the 300 block ofa 4th Street.

• Kristi L. Davis, 49, Monroe, was arrested in the 400 block of West 21st Street at 7:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Dane County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear in court. She was jailed pending a mandatory court appearance.

• Jeramy J. Calow, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after officers responded to a vehicle stuck in a snowbank in the 1600 block of 23rd Street at 10:26 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12. Calow was also cited for driving with a suspended license (second offense), failure to maintain control and non-registration of a motor vehicle. He was released to a responsible person pending a court appearance.

• Brendan M. Jamison, 17, Monroe, was cited for underage possession of tobacco and disturbing the peace after officers investigated a complaint at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, of people being too loud and breaking a fire exit sign in the apartments above a business in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Two 16-year-old boys were also cited. All three were turned over to their parents.

• Shanelle L. Sanchez, 30, Monroe, was cited for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and hit-and-run to an unattended vehicle after officers responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 2200 block of 6th Street at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13. Sanchez struck a vehicle owned by Juansonja D. Bell, 43, Monroe. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were severely damaged and towed.

• A camera and camera bag were reported stolen last Wednesday or Thursday from a woman in the parking lot of Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W. Police took the report at 2:12 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11. The suspect, described only as a "young male," allegedly ran up and grabbed the camera and camera bag from the woman as she was getting into her car.

• A woman in the 200 block of North 18th Avenue reported at 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, that her former employer was refusing to sign paperwork for her to get county benefits. Police advised her it was a civil matter and to contact Green County Human Services or an attorney.

• A gas drive-off was reported at Stop-N-Go, 1607 9th St., at 5:20 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11.

• A 40-year-old woman came into the police station at 5:28 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, and threw a coat on the floor of the lobby. She told dispatch she and her 19-year-old nephew got into a dispute and had been slapping at each other at Boco BP, 907 S. 20th Ave., when she took his coat and came to the police station to report his behavior. No one was charged.

• A 26-year-old resident in the 1300 block of 10th Street reported at 6:35 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, that he was "nearly attacked by a huge raccoon the size of a dog." He survived unscathed. Police could not locate the animal and advised the resident to contact a pest control company.

• Police were called to a dispute between two males, ages 16 and 17, in the parking lot of Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11. Each was accusing the other of pouring wood primer onto his vehicle in retaliation. No one was charged. The wood primer was removed using alcohol wipes.

• Police were called to a complaint over annoying text messages between estranged family members in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue at 2:11 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12. Police advised the family members to stop texting each other.

• The theft of a bottle of liquor from Piggly Wiggly, 725 8th St., was reported at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12. Customers reported seeing a man steal the liquor. Police are investigating.

• Police forwarded possible charges to the Green County District Attorney after a woman reported her former boyfriend for violating his temporary restraining order at 3:03 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, in the 1300 block of 16th Street.

• A woman in the 300 block of 4th Street reported at 9:51 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, that she had been approached by someone asking her to sell prescription painkillers.

• Police were dispatched to a fight between siblings at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, in the 1700 block of 11th Street. A 16-year-old girl called police to complain about her 17-year-old brother. They were fighting over their clothing getting mixed together after being washed and dried. Police told them to calm down and behave.

• A 19-pound orange cat named Pumpkin was reported missing at 1:42 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, from the 200 block of 3rd Street.



New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Taylor C. Klitzke, 20, Monticello, was cited for a seatbelt violation and non-registration of a motor vehicle at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, in the 1100 block of Wisconsin 69.

• Roberta G. Kurtz, 68, Verona, was cited for driving without a valid license at 5:53 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, after police stopped her for an equipment violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Scott P. Buell, 25, Rewey, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 6:06 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, after police stopped him for an equipment violation at an unspecified location.

• David T. Sullivan, 39, Wisconsin Dells, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 5:39 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, after police stopped him for an equipment violation on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Two students were cited for truancy, one at 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, and the other at 11:29 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Todd R. Johnson, 43, South Wayne, was arrested on a probation hold at 7:06 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, on Warren Street in South Wayne.

• Matthew A. Purdy, 22, Burlington, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 6:19 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

• Brooke L. Senn, 19, Fox Lake, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 8:47 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, on West Mound Road in the Town of Belmont.

• Criminal damage to property was reported on Van Buren Street in Benton at 5:03 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11.

• Telephone harassment was reported on County Y in the Town of Wiota at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Donald E. Marin Rivera, 28, Madison, was cited for driving with a revoked license and without vehicle insurance after deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch on County J at County H in the Town of York. Marin Rivera was northbound when he lost control on the snow-covered road and slid into the ditch. No damage or injuries were reported.
