Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Andy J. Markham, 33, Brodhead, was arrested at about 7:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Sheriff's Department after he voluntarily turned himself in. Markham was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, which was domestic abuse related, from an incident that occurred Jan. 25 at a private residence in the Town of Spring Grove.

Markham was also charged with disorderly conduct, theft, strangulation, intimidation of a victim and recklessly endangering safety, all domestic abuse related, which occurred Feb. 3 in a motor vehicle in the Town of Jefferson.

Markham was also arrested for a warrant through the Department of Corrections. Markham was jailed pending court.

• Nicholas A. Lerch, 25, Juda, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and expired registration, after deputies investigated vehicles parked in a no parking zone at about 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Village of Juda. Lerch was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Michael J. Fuchs, 22, Cobb, was transported from Iowa County jail to Lafayette County jail. Fuchs remained jailed on a Department of Corrections probation hold.
