Delores E. Koehn, age 88 of South Wayne, formerly of Monroe, died Monday, September 19, 2011 at her home. She was born April 14, 1923 the daughter of Emil and Frieda (Schultz) Nehring. Delores and Arnold E. Koehn were married on September 22, 1951 in Beaver Dam.

Delores was employed by Milwaukee Cheese Company for 26 years, and also worked at Swiss Colony for 40 years as seasonal help.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, enjoyed knitting and cooking, but most of all loved spoiling her grandkids.

She is survived by her sons, Roger (Lori) Koehn of Brodhead; daughter, Angel (Rex) Weber of South Wayne; step-son Kelvin Koehn of Lone Rock; step-daughters, Mildred (Bob) Bradley of Monroe; Karen Koehn of Lodi; sister, Lucille Sullivan of Tully, NY; 3 grandchildren, Aaron Koehn, Brandi & Gwen Weber; 3 great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Cierra & Brody; 13 step-grandchildren, 31 step-great-grandchildren, 4 step-great-great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Arnold in 1986; sister, Esther in infancy; 2 brothers, Reinhard & Raymond; 3 step-sons: Arnold Jr., Arvin and Kenneth Koehn.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 23, 2011 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home 1455 Mansion Dr., and 18th Ave. in Monroe with Rev. John Tabaka officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and on Friday 1 hr. prior to service.
