Kay Ann Smith, 71, Albany, died Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014 in Madison. Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, March 4 at Albany Lions Club. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Albany. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon at the Lions Club. Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, Monroe, is in charge of arrangements.
