Felonies
• The court Tuesday scheduled an April 27 plea hearing for Brandon J. Disrud, 22, Monroe, who faces felony drug charges.
Court records allege he had cocaine in a small plastic bag June 29 in Monroe; and he tried to deliver fake cocaine to an undercover officer July 20 in Monroe.
He was convicted of possession of marijuana, trespassing, theft and intimidation of a witness in 2007.
He is charged with manufacture/delivery of cocaine, a class F felony and delivery of an imitation controlled substance, a class I felony, both as a repeat offender. He faces up to 27 years in prison and up to $35,000 in fines, if convicted.
He remains free on a $3,000 signature bond.
Misdemeanors
• The court Tuesday sentenced John H. Nafzger, 57, Brodhead, to 10 days in jail with two days credit with work release privileges after he pleaded no contest to failure to stop for an officer.
He faced up to nine months in jail and up to $10,000 for the unclassified misdemeanor.
Court records indicate he failed to stop his vehicle when signaled by officers May 24 in Spring Grove township.
