Misdemeanors
• Kristi Hudson, 60, Monroe, pleaded no contest Friday, Jan. 4, to a forfeiture charge of unlawful use of a telephone to misuse 911 and was fined $267.50. Four misdemeanor counts of •iolating a restraining order were dismissed.
• Allen Raymond Wunschel, 39, Monroe, was charged Thursday, Jan. 3, with violating a restraining order Oct. 26 by sending a lewd and graphic text message to a Brodhead woman. His initial appearance in court is Jan. 28.
Felonies
• Brittany J. Collins, 23, Brodhead, pleaded no contest Friday, Jan. 4, to a forfeiture charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $200.50, payable in $50 installments by March 5. Felony and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, battery, bail jumping and resisting/obstructing an officer were dismissed. The charges stem from an incident Sept. 29 in Brodhead.
