MONTICELLO - The Monticello Area Historical Society meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 at Zwingli United Church, 426 East Lake Ave.
The program, "Experiences going into the trenches," will be presented by Francis Beers, New Glarus. Beers is a veteran and served at the atomic bombing testing sights in Nevada.
