GRATIOT — Lafayette Ag Stewardship Alliance is hosting a soil health field day from 12:15 to 3 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Berget Family Farms on Wisconsin 11, just west of town and the bank. 

Lunch starts at 12:15 p.m. with field demos to follow. This year’s field day will focus on soil health for farming systems in Lafayette County. Topics will include RTK guidance with no-till planter and strip-till, a soil pit with emphasis on infiltration and LASA’s popular cover crop garden, featuring LASA member experiences.
