MONROE - William Villanueva Roman, 30, Monroe, was arrested at his residence in Monroe at 6:41 a.m. Friday, May 31, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated. He was also charged with obstructing police, operating left of center and a criminal traffic offense of driving with a revoked license, pending from an earlier case in which he gave a false name. He was jailed pending court.
• Garrett J. Fox, 21, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies stopped and cited him at 2:47 a.m. Saturday, June 1, for following too closely on Wisconsin 11 at Dill Road in Cadiz Township. He was jailed.
